Enercon Engineering, Inc. Announces Senior Management Changes

The East Peoria, Illinois, based manufacturing company announces changes in Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chairman of the Board positions.

Enercon Engineering, a World Wide leader in the power generation industry, announces the following changes within its senior management group.

Effective April 15, 2008, Lawrence Tangel, Enercon's Vice President and General Manager will become the company's new Chief Executive Officer, replacing Edward Tangel, who founded Enercon Engineering in 1975, and will now serve as Chairman of the Board.

Additionally, also effective April 15, 2008, G. Jack Desatnick is appointed as Enercon Engineering's Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Desatnick has served as Enercon's Chief Financial Officer, and will continue with this responsibility in addition to his new post as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Desatnick has over 27 years of experience in Senior Management in Operations and Finance.

These Senior Management changes are being made to enable Enercon to better manage its rapid growth, and to focus on a number of emerging opportunities in the power generation industry.
